Amazing! Everything looks incredible - did you just turn me into an Alison Roman fan?? Also, I thought my family were the only ones that ranked food like that!

Ben! You've GOT to do the diced lemon on the little gems salad! It really is so good. Be brave! :-)

Love this breakdown! I will have to make that, no, THE salad! Thanks, Ben!

We always love leftover turkey sandwiches more than the traditional feast, so sandwiches were the star this year! I bought a smoked turkey from Greenberg’s (IYKYK), made fresh cranberry relish, and a pomegranate/apple/bacon kale salad. Sliced up a fantastic brioche and we made sandwiches. It was EPIC! We also swapped pie for Baked Alaska and it was a hit!

You have sold me on that turkey/gravy/shallot combo- will need to try! My new addition this year was an easy Korean Corn Cheese which checked off both the corn and gooey/casserole categories for our menu. Thanks for sharing this wonderful read, Ben!

I certainly hope your amazing spread cured whatever plague Dom had- I am making note of

the sweet potatoes! I will also share that in lieu of Ina’s bourbon pecan pie- I used a new (and dare I say improved??) version published in Southern Living a few issues ago- Wilma Tidwell’s chocolate chip pie. Use pecans, throw in 2 tablespoons of bourbon, serve warm with vanilla ice cream and you’ve got THE pecan pie for next year. Sincere gratitude for all the joy you bring your readers and listeners, Ben!
