I eyeballed it! I did about two tbs tahini, maybe about tsp everything else? There were a lot of adjustments.

There is nothing better in the dreary winter months than beans and greens. If you aren't carb averse, there are wonderful dried breads to be had in Italian markets. We put them in dishes like the one you made to give them even more heft. Also a little pecorino or parm on top wouldn't be a bad thing.

We have chard growing in our winter garden right now. This gives me the inspiration I need when it’s time to pluck! Also- how on gods green earth do you know the width of a didgeridoo?

There are random farmers market veggie purchases, just culinary masterpieces waiting to be born. (I find having olive oil and lemon, you can roast or make a salad out of just about anything. Soups are my favorite though).
