Ben, me and piping bags are like a Taylor Swift song - bad blood. I think I seriously need to go to one of those cookie/cake decorating classes they offer. Like everything you make, they looked delicious and Dom is so cute sneaking cookies.

I have made the NYTimes Mexican Hot Chocolate cookies 3 times this month, and it was a hit every time. However, the process of wrapping the frozen minimarshmallows in the dough was kind of a pain- instead of wrapping frozen marshmallows with cold dough as per the recipe (hard to manipulate, marshmallows defrosted almost immediately), I just wrapped room temp marshmallows with room temp dough, froze the dough balls, and then baked from frozen. You do need to pull them out of oven as soon as marshmallows break through- if not, the marshmallows will melt completely into the cookie (flavor and texture unchanged).
