My sweet husband bought me what he thought was going to be a Le Creuset Dutch oven many years ago. He couldn’t believe the amazing deal he got on it - until it arrived in the mail. Turns out he purchased a Le Creuset Salt Cellar!! It’s very cute on our counter & get used every day - so I’m not the least bit disappointed.

As I opened this I actually said out loud, “I hope Ben isn’t going to recommend anything I don’t already own!” I knew I’d end up buying stuff. You have opened my eyes to some great things, drat you!! Also, Ronnie’s idea of a box (slaps forehead in disbelief)...

You had me at Dusting Wand. I always knew I could be a fairy godmother and this will prove it. ;)

I also love Ronnie’s idea. He’s a genius.

When I started reading that last paragraph I was hoping it was going in the direction it did. Shout out to Ronnie and his neat kitchen drawers! And you and I share the same philosophies for our lemon juicing. Have many motorized versions but always wind up using the old school hand held because I hate dealing with cleanup for the motorized juicers. If we use the links will you get some $$?? Because I've been needing to replace my zester and I know your brand choices are always the best!

Love my ricer and it’s the only way I make the most perfect creamy lump free mashed potatoes.

You mentioned the ricer which brings me joy. My mother had one which I now have. It’s from at least the 1960’s. She would rice mainly cooked potatoes and make potato pancakes. Did you MEAN to stir up wonderful memories? 😊 thank you. ❤️

After breaking many garlic presses, my favourite is from Ikea. Another nifty tool is a Cherry/olive pitter.

You bought the ricer! I'm so glad. I am also happy to say that I will be ordering myself a dusting wand. So many times I skipped this on desserts because I found the process so tedious and messy - if only I had known this existed. Thanks for sharing!
